Refund Policy

Definitions

• AntsHum ("we", "us") means AntsHum Technologies, Bengaluru, India.
• Client ("you") means the individual or business that has engaged AntsHum for services.
• Service means web design, landing page design, website redesign or any other service provided by AntsHum.
• Advance payment means the initial 50% deposit paid when placing an order.
• Final payment means the remaining 50% balance collected when the project is completed.

General refund terms

If a project is in progress and is cancelled by the client, payments made up to that point are non-refundable, because we commit time, resources and infrastructure as soon as an order is confirmed.

Advance payment

A 50% advance is collected at the time of booking. It covers domain registration, hosting setup and initial design work. The advance is non-refundable once the domain has been registered, hosting has been set up and the initial design has been presented to you.

Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work completed and the terms agreed in the proposal.

Final payment

The remaining 50% is collected only after the project is completed and you have approved it. Final payments are non-refundable because the service has been fully delivered at that stage.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email contact@antshum.com with your order details. We will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We initiate the refund within 5 working days of confirming it; your bank may take a further 7 to 10 working days to show the amount in your account. If it hasn't appeared by then, please contact your bank with the refund confirmation we send you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
