Your logo, business details (services, locations, contact numbers), any photos you have, and two or three websites you like. If you already own a domain or hosting, we'll need access to it.

No. The price is agreed before the project starts. If you ask for something outside the agreed scope, we discuss it and confirm the cost with you before doing the work, so there are never surprise invoices.

Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work completed and the terms agreed in the proposal. Talk to us as early as possible if your plans change. The general terms are in our refund policy.
