Who we are
AntsHum Technologies ("AntsHum", "we", "us") is a website design and development company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This policy applies to https://antshum.com (the "Website"). For any privacy question, email contact@antshum.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact or quote forms, or message us by email or WhatsApp, we collect what you choose to share. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, current website, the service you're interested in, budget and timeline preferences, and your message.
Information collected automatically. When forms are submitted we record the page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, which we use for spam and abuse prevention. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type.
How we use your information

- To protect the Website and our forms from spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Cookies and analytics
The Website itself does not set advertising cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it uses cookies to distinguish visitors and measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. Logging in to our content management system uses a strictly necessary authentication cookie; this only applies to our staff.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, and only as needed:
- Website hosting and database providers that store the Website and form submissions
- Email delivery providers that send enquiry notifications to our team
- Google (Analytics, and Google Workspace for our email)
- WhatsApp and Calendly, if you choose to contact us or book a call through them. Their own privacy policies apply.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, where you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and any period required for accounting or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Email contact@antshum.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use HTTPS across the Website, restrict access to form submissions to authorised staff, and store IP addresses only in hashed form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
